Homecare Homebase is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deploy and maintain the CMDB and CSDM service models. This role will focus on building and supporting platforms for software and healthcare services, requiring hands-on ServiceNow development skills and integration with other IT systems. The position will assist the Platform Support team in other development efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Service Portals, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow features
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and ITOM administration
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge
- ITIL framework understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of databases
- ServiceNow System Administration (preferred)
