The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications. The role involves developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, staying current with ServiceNow products and features, and conducting technical assessments to improve existing implementations.

Requirements

  • 3 years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
  • Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
