EY GDS Spain is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join their EY GDS team in Málaga, Spain. This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms, contributing to global implementation, customization, and maintenance projects. The position offers experience in various ServiceNow modules, working with a diverse range of stakeholders and potentially leading projects up to post-go-live activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation, or maintenance
- Experience in project activities as a Developer
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages
- Proven experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Experience in project activities as a Developer
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM (any additional module will be a plus)
- Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 – C1)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or economic field
