Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience and good knowledge in the administration of Service catalogs and ITSM processes
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow (certifications as Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Applications developer)
- Good knowledge of IT service management processes according to ITIL
- Strong Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST/SOAP, Powershell
- Problem-solving skills and an independent, priority-based way of working
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
