Requirements
- Experience with architect solutions for customer requirements
- Experience with ServiceNOW development, including core ITSM tables, CSM, Playbook, Workspaces, scripting, and client scripts.
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows.
- Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks, including configuration, integration, and testing.
- Communicate ServiceNow processes and operations to management and the business.
- Manage performance monitoring, error identification, remediation, instance cloning, and platform upgrades.
- Develop a solid understanding of customer requirements and apply industry best practices to design solutions.
- Adaptability and ability to manage change.
