As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, developing and customizing solutions that leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. The role demands a blend of technical prowess in both front-end and back-end development, deep understanding of ServiceNow's ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules, and the ability to craft solutions that meet complex business needs.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary education
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
- Other certifications in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management ServiceNow modules is highly regarded
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client and server-side scripting, application UI configuration, and custom application development
- Proven experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, HRSD)
- Solid experience of JavaScript, Glide Script and AngularJS/HTML/CSS
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Familiarity with Agile developmeyyzywaysxnt methodologies and tools
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
