ServiceNow Developer

CeLeen is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a contract within the Department of Energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting various ServiceNow modules and be a self-motivated, driven, problem solver.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Developing indicators and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
• Experience in Platform Analytics.
• Experience in business rule configuration.
• Experience in process automation.
• Experience in designing Workflows.
• Experience in building and maintaining Portals.
• Experience using App Builder.
• Experience using UI Builder.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE-Q Clearance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
