DMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their Managed Services team. This role is responsible for orchestrating solutions for technology-based challenges, anticipating future issues, integrating advanced technology, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, perform administration, configuration, and maintenance, and respond to business demands. They will also focus on delivering application maintenance and technical specifications in accordance with ITIL & ServiceNow standards.
Requirements
- Experience with architecting customer requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow development.
- Experience with Playbooks, CSM, and Workspaces.
- Experience with application release management.
- Experience with scripting and scripting capabilities.
- Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree + 4 years in IT/Technical Cert. or 8 yrs IT experience. Experience with CSM & Scripting req. ServiceNow admin & implementation skills. Strategic planning & DevOps knowledge a plus
