Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to help lead SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. The role involves developing process workflows and automation strategies, collaborating with the team in architecture design development and reviews, and leading the development of solution artifacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and 4 years of experience, Master's and 2 year of experience or 8+ in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
- Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement
- Certified System Administrator (baseline)
- Certified Application Developer (baseline)
- 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
- 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions
