We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and develop HRSD applications, integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HRIS systems, and perform maintenance and support tasks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience and strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, HRSD and other modules.
- Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll, etc.) and IT Processes.
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing Custom Applications.
- Knowledge in building AI agents using Agentic AI.
- Implementation of new functionalities in ServiceNow using OOTB best practices.
- Automation of the existing process to reduce manual efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR and IT teams.
