We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Agentic AI to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on creating AI agents for ITSM, CSM, and other business areas, leveraging ServiceNow’s AI Agent Studio, AI Orchestrator, and advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in ServiceNow with hands-on AI/ML experience.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience with ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent.
- 3–5 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
- Proven experience with AI/ML models applied to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.

Requirements Summary
