We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our EY GDS-ServiceNow team. The role involves working on client problems using the ServiceNow platform, building innovative products, and collaborating with a high-quality team.
Requirements
- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system
- Building service request fulfilment workflow
- Automating rote tasks using scripting tools and Service Now functionality
- Performing integrations and process automation
- Gathering specifications from business departments
- Loading, manipulating and maintaining data between Service-now and other systems
- Generating dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors and reports
- Analyzing and understanding user stories and internal procedures
- Performing system and integration testing

Requirements Summary
