We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer Lead Product Analyst with experience in ServiceNow Development and ability to drive solutions independently. The ideal candidate should have experience in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow products, with a strong understanding of client and server-side JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and scripting languages such as AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Development experience
- ITSM and CMDB experience
- Client and server-side JavaScript experience
- ServiceNow APIs experience
- Scripting languages experience (AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST)
- Service Portal designing experience (added advantage)
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies
- Proficient in JavaScript with understanding on ServiceNow scripting
- Experience working with relational databases
- Ability to take role of Solution Architect and deliver projects for implementation and enhancements for customers
- Experience working in Agile Team and Scrum Framework
