Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Service Mapping modules.
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
- Configure and deploy Service Mapping to visualize application services and their dependencies.
- Work closely with ITSM process owners to align system functionality with business processes.
- Perform regular CMDB health checks, audits, and data reconciliation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
