ServiceNow Development Team Lead ITOM/ITAM

This ServiceNow Development Team Lead role focuses on building and leading a strong technical team, designing effective ServiceNow solutions, and overseeing implementation with customers. The position requires experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM and is fully remote, operating in the Eastern Time Zone. The team leads development, reviews user stories, and ensures high quality through code reviews and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow modules and applications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical degree (or equivalent job experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with common web technologies and networking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work remotely
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies
