Fortive is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to help support its global ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code optimizing for performance.
- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for the ServiceNow Operations team to assist with resolution of issues with ServiceNow applications or integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements.
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in process design workshops and kaizen events.
