As a ServiceNow Software Engineer at Takeda, you will design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on HR Service Delivery and related modules. You will deliver new functionality, support the entire development lifecycle, and assist with product-related incident resolution. You will work with Agile Teams to refine user stories, design tests, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in HR Service Delivery.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related modules.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
- Experience configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery features (Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow HR with other HR systems.
