Our company is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for its global operations in Madrid to manage and optimize IT support services. This role involves implementing ITSM solutions, vendor management, escalation, and developing strategies to improve service delivery, aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, maximizing user satisfaction, and driving service improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Support
- 2+ years of experience in leadership or coordinator capacity (e.g., Service Desk Lead)
- Proven Track Record of implementing an ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
