Requirements
- Minimum of 5yrs + experience on the ServiceNow platform, configuration, development, integration.
- Excellent Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, GRC
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
