GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow / ENT Tools Lead to design, configure, and administer mission-critical IT service management systems. This hybrid role will focus on operational excellence, strategic digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with USSS mission requirements. The position will be based in Washington, DC and is a hybrid remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with a focus on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or integrating enterprise tools.
- US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise ITSM/ITOM principles.
