Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Analyst-HRSD to help clients align their IT environments with their business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementing HRSD using ITIL best practices and strong facilitation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
- 5+ years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
- ServiceNow Certifications Administration, Implementation
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow deployment
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
