Windward Consulting is looking for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst-HRSD to design and implement HRSD processes in a commercial global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow deployments, IT governance, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
- ServiceNow Certifications Administration, Implementation
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow deployment
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
