The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in designing and implementing processes using ServiceNow modules, with a specialization in the ITSM module.

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent university degree.
• 4 years of experience in designing and implementing processes using one or more ServiceNow modules, with a specialization on the ITSM module.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices ITSM.
• Expertise on ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows).
