Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow functional consulting or business analysis roles
- Proven experience with at least two of the following modules: IRM, TPRM, BCM, SPM
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., CPS230) and their application in ServiceNow
