We are seeking a ServiceNow Functional Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and optimising ServiceNow modules across Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow functional consulting or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience with at least two of the following modules: IRM, TPRM, BCM, SPM.
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., CPS230) and their application in ServiceNow.
