As a ServiceNow Functional/Technical Consultant, you will be engaged in a variety of activities ranging from running project kick-off meetings to conducting design workshops. You will work in a highly collaborative, agile, and diverse team environment and be expected to complete and maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering solutions to challenging business problems
- At least 3 years of configuration/development or functional experience for complex, highly capable, technologies - inclusive of ServiceNow
- Organized and analytical with ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills)
- Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
- Good to have service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc)
- Experience in designing, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior consulting experience is an asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement end-user requirements
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Good to have ITIL 4 certification
- Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams
