ServiceNow GRC Consultant (m/w/d)

As a senior or lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will accompany our customers in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes.

Requirements

• Multiple-year experience (at least 3 years) in Governance, Risk, Compliance, or IT SecOps – ideally in the context of process management or platforms like ServiceNow
• Knowledge in process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
• Experience in moderating workshops and working with customer-side stakeholders
• Team-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to develop GRC processes data-driven and technologically
• Further experience in leading projects or workstreams
• Routine in pre-sales, scoping, and tendering processes
• Very good German and English skills
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., IRM, SecOps) are a plus – but not a must.
