EY is seeking a ServiceNow-HAM-Manager to design, implement, and deliver solutions for client business requirements, assess current state processes, and identify ServiceNow platform options. The role involves architectural design, hardware model normalization, and mentoring junior team members. The position will focus on understanding client needs and delivering effective ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HAM/HAM Pro
- Design and configure Hardware Model Normalization processes
- Expertise in platform tools (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, IntegrationHub)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- CSA certification (preferred)
- 2 CIS (preferred)
- Familiarity with CSDM 4.0 and ITOM/CMDB integration best practices
