ServiceNow HR Analyst

We're looking for a ServiceNow HR Analyst to join our team in Budapest. As an experienced ServiceNow Analyst, you'll develop, design, and implement ServiceNow HR solutions, specifically within ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and ServiceDesk (HRSD).

Requirements

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow Employee Centre Pro and ServiceDesk (HRSD)
• Fluency in English
• Expertise in configuring and designing forms and workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in ServiceNow administration tasks
• Knowledge and experience in Knowledge and Now Assist modules, generating bespoke reporting and metrics within ServiceNow and in ServiceNow HRSD housekeeping and maintenance
• Experience in integrations of ServiceNow to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and core datasets which enable end-to-end HR processes
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in working within an operating model that services both ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules
