We are looking for a Workday Operations Generalist to support employee lifecycle processes and reporting tasks. The successful candidate will act as a primary contact for HR operations, supporting processes such as onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and HRIS updates, while also contributing to HR reporting, data accuracy, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar roles
- Fluency in French and English (min. B2-C1) is essential; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level is essential)
- Experience in SAP
- Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, ServiceNow (advantageous)
