As a ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will support companies in designing their HR processes modern, digital, and user-centered - based on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the HR or HCM environment, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
- Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and cooperating with HR stakeholders
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams in the HR/HCM context
- Routine in pre-sales, scoping, or tendering processes
- Very good German and English skills
