As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow HR Consultant, you will accompany our customers in the digital transformation of their HR processes - with a focus on Employee Experience, HR Service Delivery and modern HR architectures.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the HR or HCM field, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
- Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and in cooperation with HR stakeholders
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
- Experience in leading projects or work streams in the HR/HCM context
- Routine in pre-sales, scoping or tendering processes
- Very good German and English skills
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus - but not a must.
