As a senior or lead ServiceNow HR consultant, you will accompany our customers in the digital transformation of their HR processes, focusing on employee experience, HR service delivery, and modern HR architectures.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the HR or HCM environment
- Know-how in process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and collaborating with HR stakeholders
- High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams in the HR / HCM context
- Routine in pre-sales, scoping, or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
