The Squires Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to support federal agencies in transforming their HR Services. This hybrid role involves gathering requirements, designing and configuring ServiceNow HRSD solutions, performing testing, and providing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in HRSD
- 3–5 years of experience leading client requirements sessions and relationship management
- Experience and proficiency with NowCreate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with a range of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply complex business rules in technical configurations
- US Citizenship and ability to pass client’s background check
