Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, MID Server, third-party HR systems)
- Understanding of security and compliance in HR service delivery
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD workflows
- Experience working with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service management tools
