Join our team as a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant and assist in transitioning IT Service Management processes back to an Out-of-the-Box (OOB) configuration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Experience in migrating customized instances to Out-of-the-Box (OOB) setups.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service/asset management solutions.
