Latam's IT Service Company is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to transition IT Service Management (ITSM) processes back to an Out-of-the-Box configuration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation and process optimization, along with experience with Nuvolo. They value collaborative, results-driven, and ownership focused individuals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Experience in migrating customized instances to OOB setups
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders
- Experience with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service/asset management solutions
- Fair decisions, free of bias
