Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD & FSM modules, with experience in HR processes, field service operations, and ServiceNow scripting.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as field service operations, to effectively tailor solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes, to customize HRSD and FSM functionalities.
  • Experience in integrating HRSD and FSM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to improve service delivery and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to HRSD and FSM modules.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across HR and operations teams.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications specific to HRSD and FSM.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices related to HR service management and field service operations.
  • Familiarity with creating user training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
