The role involves implementing the HRSD solution, conducting workshops, executing technology assessments, and collaborating with clients to deliver customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with ServiceNow (SN), specifically Human Resources Service Desk (HRSD)
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Workflows
- Experience implementing HRSD
- Experience with Case and Knowledge Management
- Experience with ServiceNow portals
- Experience with ServiceNow catalog items
- Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment
- Passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features
- Love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment with smart and fun people
