Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to join their growing team and design, implement, and optimize the company’s ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solution. The role involves driving automation, improving processes, and providing training to HR staff. Requirements
- Solid understanding and experience with core HR processes and translation into a service delivery model.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
- Experience in ServiceNow is a must.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Project management skills and experience delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
