Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Excellence Group, Product Management & Engineering Solution Architect to partner with various ServiceNow teams and customer Delivery teams to bring a transformational AI-first implementation experience. This role will focus on designing, productizing, and piloting Agentic AI-first solutions, driving early adoption, and reducing time-to-first-use for customers. The architect will play a key role in unifying admin workflows and improving the customer experience through a single front door.
Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow product/solution architecture
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a technology advisory or enterprise implementation role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
