This is a W2 contract position for an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to implement and integrate Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The role leverages agentic AI to enhance automation and decision-making in asset management. The consultant will automate asset management processes and document them for training.
Requirements
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience with SAM Pro and/or HAM.
- Knowledge of software licensing, discovery tools, and IT asset lifecycle.
- Experience with integrations (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium, Flexera, or Snow).
- Familiarity with CMDB and data models.
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS SAM, CIS HAM, ITAM, or ITSM) preferred.
