ServiceNow Implementation Specialist sought to join remote team. Responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, designing and deploying end-to-end solutions, and managing and maintaining CMDB.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Strong knowledge and experience with various modules including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM, and SAM
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
