ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will work with government stakeholders to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business objectives and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and related ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x, such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
• Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations, including familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow
• Possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Possess 2 or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, showcasing deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, PSDS, CSM, or SecOps
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• Proficiency in AngularJS and Portal Development to customize user experiences, as well as ServiceNow Development APIs for building custom solutions
• Extensive experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services), REST, and SOAP ensuring ServiceNow seamlessly connects to external systems
• Proven experience in LDAP Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration
