NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Developer to join their team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience, with 2+ years in ServiceNow and good hands-on experience in ITSM modules.
Requirements
- Overall 4+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Good hands-on experience in at least ITSM modules: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Agent & NOW Mobile app customization
- Additional modules: AMDB, Release Management, Survey Management, Agile 2.0, Virtual Agent, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agent Workspace, Walk-up experience
- Strong in Integrations in ServiceNow, including H2H Integrations and Tools Integrations
- Managed instance upgrades
- Experience working on Domain Separated instance
- Interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case-by-case basis
- Components: Workflows, Flow designer, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs
