We are seeking a ServiceNow integration lead developer to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have overall 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow. They will be responsible for integrations, instance upgrades, and managing domain-separated instances.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in overall IT
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Fair knowledge of all ITSM modules with good hands-on experience in at least Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Agent & NOW Mobile app customization
- Strong experience in integrations in ServiceNow, including H2H integrations and tools integrations
- Experience in managing instance upgrades and domain-separated instances
- Good experience working on workflows, flow designer, service portal, integration hub, and basic components like business rules, script includes, and UI policies
