We are seeking a ServiceNow integration lead developer to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on integrations and instance upgrades.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Good hands-on experience in ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Agent & NOW Mobile app customization
- Experience with H2H Integrations (ITSM tool to ITSM tool bi-derectional), Tools Integrations (e.g. Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc)
- Managed instance upgrades
- Experience working on Domain Separated instance
- Interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis
