R5 Labs, a tech company specializing in Edgemony and Product Heroes, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead Strategic Implementation and Optimization projects focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions for French-speaking clients. The role involves analyzing client needs, delivering customized solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in IRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in IRM modules highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Must be a native speaker of French, fluent in English
