This Senior ServiceNow Developer role involves designing, developing, and configuring the ServiceNow platform. The position requires strong hands-on experience across ITSM, HAM, SAM, IRM, and HRSD modules, and expertise in domain separation, multi-tenant configurations, and advanced technologies like Now LLM. Collaboration with architects and BAs is key.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience
- Expertise in at least two modules: ITSM, HAM, SAM & Agentic AI
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing domain separation and multi-tenant environments in ServiceNow
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) for Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows
- Solid understanding of ACLs, data models, platform architecture, and security best practices
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client collaboration skills
