Requirements

• Develop and configure solutions in the ITOM module of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on discovery of assets and topologies, event management and event correlation, and service mapping of critical business services.
• Create and adjust identification patterns and classification rules for devices and applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools, legacy CMDBs, and other infrastructure data sources.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of CMDB data.
• Work with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure that services are correctly mapped and in compliance with corporate standards.
• Monitor and adjust the performance of implemented solutions, proposing continuous improvements.
• Document configurations, customizations, and related processes for ITOM solutions.
