This ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Consultant position focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow modules for IT Operations Management and IT Asset Management. The role involves managing CMDB, workflow development, and integration with third-party tools to improve asset tracking and operational visibility. Strong scripting and ITSM knowledge are required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Hardware/Software Asset Management).
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM), ITIL v4, or IAITAM (CSAM/CAMP).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, cloud assets, and license management.
- Scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and integration experience (APIs, MID Servers).
Requirements Summary
